SMA Day

Every year on May 1st, SMA Day is celebrated to commemorate the founding of St. Mary's Academy in 1869. This year marks our 154th anniversary, and as a part of the celebrations, students and staff are encouraged to wear SMA branded gear like t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants. Uniforms are also permitted if students prefer them. To add more excitement, an online Quiz about our history will be available at 10 AM on Monday, and the student who correctly answers the most questions in the shortest amount of time will receive an item of clothing of their choice from the Corner Store. Also, during the lunch hour, we will be giving out free cookies to further commemorate this momentous occasion. Let us give praise to God for 154 years of learning, faith, and service.
