The Province of Manitoba will have a Public Health team on-site at SMA offering COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations. Individuals who are interested in getting vaccinated are asked to fill out the attached ‘COVID-19 School Vaccine Consent Form’. The completed form is due by September 30 in our School Office.
